Job Role: PPC Specialist
We are looking for a data-driven PPC expert with strong experience in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive high-quality MQLs and SQLs for our custom software development and IT services offerings. This role is revenue-focused, not just traffic-focused. You will own paid acquisition across multiple geographies, manage large budgets, and be directly accountable for CPL, MQL quality, SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
● Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen, Traffic, Conversation Ads) for B2B IT services.
● Build and scale campaigns for services such as Custom Software Development, AI Development, Cloud, DevOps, and IT Staff Augmentation.
● Design full-funnel paid strategies aligned with TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages.
Lead Quality & Revenue Ownership
● Drive high-intent MQLs and SQLs, not just form fills.
● Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure lead quality, follow-up, and conversion tracking.
● Optimize campaigns based on lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to- deal feedback.
● Continuously improve MQL → SQL → Deal conversion rates.
Budget & ROI Management
- Manage large monthly ad budgets with a strong focus on: ○ Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Cost per MQL
- Cost per SQL
- Pipeline and revenue attribution
● Make data-backed decisions to reallocate spend toward high-performing campaigns, keywords, and audiences.
Advanced Targeting & AI Usage
● Use advanced audience targeting (job titles, seniority, industries, firmographics, intent signals).
● Leverage AI-powered tools and automation for: ○ Keyword expansion and clustering
○ Ad copy testing and optimization
○ Bid optimization and budget pacing
○ Predictive performance insights
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
● Own end-to-end tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, CRM (Zoho/Salesforce).
● Build performance dashboards covering: ○ Campaign spend vs pipeline generated
○ MQL & SQL trends
○ ROI and revenue attribution
Present weekly and monthly performance reports with clear business insights and next actions.
Landing Page & CRO Collaboration
● Collaborate with SEO, Content, Design, and CRO teams to improve landing page conversion rates.
● Run A/B tests on:
○ Ad creatives and messaging
○ Landing page CTAs and layouts
○ Lead forms and friction points
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
● 5–6 years of hands-on PPC experience in a B2B IT services / custom software development environment.
● Strong expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.
● Proven track record of generating high-quality MQLs and SQLs with revenue impact.
● Experience managing large advertising budgets with strict ROI expectations.
● Experience running campaigns across India, the US, and North America.
● Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, long sales cycles, and service-based offerings.
● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect ad performance to business outcomes.
Good to Have (Preferred):
● Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns on LinkedIn.
● Exposure to Clutch, G2, or other paid marketplace campaigns.
● Familiarity with marketing automation tools and lead scoring.
● Experience in AI-led performance optimization workflows.
● Prior experience working closely with enterprise sales teams.
