Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
• Security Command Control Centre Officer (SCCCO) will support the security team to organize and oversee all the operations of SCCC at SAC, Jhagadia. SCCC operators on contract will be under the command of this position while one develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain SCCC standards in consultation with Head Security.
• Smooth and focused SCCC operations 24hrs X 365 days (Round the Clock SCCC execution) sharing the observations/ trends proactively and promptly to Duty Security Officer and Manager Security.
• To be instrumental in strategic shift in Security program at SAC from Manpower extensive to Smart Security set up resulting in rationalization of existing Security Manpower, by strengthening the surveillance through CCTV and other electronic security gadgets.

Responsibility
• Over all In-Charge for the Shift at SCCC.
• Coordinate Installation, training, and startup efforts to start the SCCC.
• CCTV Surveillance System - Network, Cameras, Servers, Video Analytics.
• Response to any kind of emergency and record the details of crisis situation.
• Responsible for periodic maintenance and upkeep of Security Automation System after completion of project and up gradation of automation gadgets OR any automation issues.
• Coordinate with AMC team and manage in house available resources for automation installation of rectifications if not in AMC vendor’s scope.
• Maintain and up keep automation records.
• Responsible for Liaison with Vendors & IT and Logging Complaints in case of requirement.
• Responsible for providing training and validation of Console Operators for basic operations of CCTV in SCCC.
• Preparation of Automation Budget
• Assist Shift In charge in day-to-day Security Operations.
• Maintain SCCC Logbook and disseminate MIS to management in consultation with HOS.
