Job Role / Title: Mobile Applications Lead
Position Purpose
The Applications Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. The primary objective is to lead application systems analysis and ensure seamless project delivery by overseeing end-to-end technical and functional aspects.
Key Position Responsibilities
Functional SME: Understand and manage the end-to-end technical solution while coordinating with internal and external teams.
Change & Project Management: Handle change requests and projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
Solutioning & Delivery: Plan, execute, release, and provide post-production support for technical solutions.
Project Monitoring: Track progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring consistent reporting.
Proactive Communication: Engage with all stakeholders to address challenges, drive solutions, and improve efficiency.
Team Management: Lead at least two Pod teams/Swim lanes, focusing on throughput, capability building, utilization, and productivity.
Budget Management: Maintain project costs, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
Resource Management: Manage resource acquisition and negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends to anticipate future projects and align solutions accordingly.
Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, BRDs, FSDs, user stories, user manuals, test documents, and knowledge repositories.
Compliance: Ensure portfolio compliance, including VA, CA, APPSEC, code reviews, IS audits, and DR drill adherence.
Risk Management: Manage risks for change projects and production services, maintaining asset and database inventories.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
8–10 years of IT management experience, including development and customer interaction.
Preferred:
Experience in Digital Banking, Channels, Cards, or Captive Technology.
Knowledge of Mobile Technologies, .NET, and SQL.
