Job Role : NPS Relationship Manager
Job Purpose:
NPS Relationship Manager (RM) would typically focus on building and managing relationships with clients interested in the National Pension System (NPS). This role involves educating clients about NPS, assisting them with investment decisions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing and potential NPS clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.
· NPS Education: Provide guidance and education to clients about the NPS scheme, its benefits, and investment options.
· Investment Assistance: Assist clients with NPS investment decisions, including choosing investment options, contribution amounts, and fund allocation.
· Account Management: Manage NPS accounts, ensuring timely contributions, withdrawals, and other administrative tasks.
· Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new NPS clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outreach.
· Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of NPS rules, regulations, and products.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to NPS.
· Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets for NPS products and services.
· Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
· Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other HDFC Bank products and services to NPS clients.
