Job Role: IBM BPM/BAW Support Engineer

Job Description –

•  2+ years of IT experience in BPM support.
•  Hands-on experience with IBM BPM v8.x+ and IBM BAW v18.x+.

Skills:

•  Strong knowledge of IBM BPM/BAW runtime, workflows, and integrations.
•  Ability to troubleshoot REST/SOAP service issues and process failures.
•  Experience with WebSphere Application Server and log analysis.
•  Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

•  Provide L2/L3 support for BPM/BAW applications.
•  Diagnose and resolve process, integration, and performance issues.
•  Monitor systems, handle incidents, and perform RCA.
•  Coordinate with development teams for fixes and enhancements.
•  Support deployments, environment updates, and maintain documentation.
