Job Description: We are looking for L1 Support Engineers with experience in Data Center operations or Banking domain. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth IT operations with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
L1 Support:
Monitor systems, servers, and applications
Handle basic incident management & ticket logging
Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues to L2
Ensure timely response as per SLA
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
