Job Role : Associate General Manager- Channel mgt
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with relevant distribution teams to liaison on product related aspects and ensure deliverables in a
timebound manner.
Partner with sales for any tactical plans, creation of sales pitches ,stories, product feature and price
benchmarking
Assist on specific asks arising from new open architecture on the bank side and aid with relevant materials to maintain PNB MetLife position.
Contribute towards to new product ideation, suggestions and circle back the request within Product team for consensus and way forward.
Frequent market watch in terms of new features, rates change in collaboration with Product team to deliver updates to relevant stakeholders.
Regular feedback and developments on needs, request from sales to Product Category managers for
alignment and delivery of a Product.
Management of channel commissions, letters which needs to be issued to partners and record keeping of all such communications.
Meet up with key partners, customers along with sales to manage business needs.
Regular cadence with channel heads, Zonal heads, regional heads and set up governance structure with CDO on a quarterly basis.
Work closely with Marketing and training team on channel specific product content, seek approvals and
deliver the same to Sales team.
Prompt resolution of any issue, escalations reported by sales pertaining to Product.
Work with Category managers on value-add services to increase sales penetration.
