JOB SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for governance, resilience, and long-term value creation across non-technical functions of the organization. The role ensures that Finance & Accounts, Procurement & Contracts, HR, Corporate Services and Horticulture operate as strategic enablers of safe, compliant & scalable operations. The position acts as a business partner to site management, balancing regulatory rigor with cost efficiency, workforce stability, and ESG commitments.

Key Deliverables
1. Financial Strategy & Governance
· Ensure financial discipline that supports growth, safety investments, and long-term sustainability
· Shape and lead financial governance frameworks aligned with manufacturing industry risk profiles
· Drive cost-to-serve optimization, product and site cost transparency, and margin protection
· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and Capex prioritization
· Ensure audit robustness, statutory compliance, and financial risk controls
· Provide strategic financial insights to site leadership for decision-making.
2. Commercial
Define site sourcing strategies balancing cost, safety, reliability, and compliance
· Create Resilient, compliant supply ecosystem with sustained cost efficiency
· Establish strong vendor governance for hazardous materials, logistics, and waste management
· Drive contract standardization, negotiation excellence, and risk-aware partnerships
· Promote ethical sourcing, transparency, and audit-ready procurement processes
3. People & Organization Strategy
· Ensure stable, skilled, engaged workforce enabling safe operations
· Shape workforce strategy aligned with production stability, automation, and future skills
· Build strong industrial relations philosophy, compliance governance, and engagement models
· Lead leadership development, succession planning, and critical capability building
· Embed safety, compliance, and accountability culture across all employee segments
4. Corporate Service
· High-reliability support environment underpinning operational excellence
· Architect scalable, standardized models for site administration and corporate services
· Ensure high reliability of site infrastructure supporting continuous operations
· Oversee business continuity, crisis readiness, and emergency administrative support
· Drive service quality, cost benchmarking, and vendor performance governance
· Compliance with environmental clearance and greenbelt norms
· Well-maintained statutory green areas supporting sustainability goals · Cost-effective horticulture operations with regulatory adherence

25+ years of experience in hazardous manufacturing environments
· Proven leadership across multiple non-technical functions
· Strong exposure to plant operations, regulatory ecosystems, and governance frameworks Education
· Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Management · MBA / CA / CMA / equivalent preferred Leadership Traits
· Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
· High integrity, risk awareness, and governance mindset
· Ability to influence technical and operational leaders · Calm decision-maker in high-risk and crisis situations.
