Client Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and businesses who are potential customers for Yes Bank's premium offerings.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
Product Knowledge: Possessing a strong understanding of Yes Bank's premium products and services, such as wealth management, investment solutions, and specialized banking services.
Sales and Negotiation: Presenting and selling the bank's premium solutions to potential clients, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
Performance Management: Meeting or exceeding acquisition targets, consistently achieving sales objectives, and contributing to the overall growth of the bank's premium banking business.
Compliance: Ensuring all activities are in compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies.
