Shift Engineer for Production

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

Handling Day to day production activities in shifts, maintain quality parameters with proper shop floor management.

Key Individual Accountabilities

1. Strategic

• Shop Floor machine performance, Training & development, Continuous improvement

2. Financial

• Resource management, Inventory control, RCA, Waste reduction

3.Customer/ External Orientation

• On time manufacturing, Quality control

4. People Orientation 

• Ability to handle 70-90 manpower in shift.
• Providing OJT to their team to enhance skill & efficiency.

5. Core operational accountabilities

• Day to day production target achievement as per PPC plan.
• Knowledge of report used in production.
• Knowledge of cycle time study, Bottleneck analysis, Takt time, OEE, 5S, KAIZEN`

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge
