About the Role

This opportunity is designed for women who wish to restart their careers in aviation logistics. The role supports cargo operations and supply chain activities to ensure smooth acceptance, handling, documentation, and movement of cargo across the IndiGo network.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end cargo logistics operations at hub and network level
• Track cargo movement and ensure on-time connections and deliveries
• Liaise with GHA, freight forwarders, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Handle shipment documentation AWB, manifests, customs, DG declarations
• Support special cargo handling (pharma, DG, valuables, perishables)
• Monitor SLA compliance and resolve shipment discrepancies
• Prepare MIS reports and update cargo systems
• Ensure adherence to DGCA, BCAS, and aviation security guidelines
