Job Title:  Sr Executive Budgeting & Control\

Job Summary:

• Responsible to design effective budget models for AOCS department that includes models for all the resources i.e.
• manpower planning, office space, equipment, contracted ground handling vendors. Analyze financial information
• (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget.
• -Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial at the end of each reporting period
• -Suggest resource optimization that increases productivity & spending improvements that increase profits

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Costing:

•  Based on the schedule assist preparation of customer services and ground handling budget for the airports.
•  Maintain oversight and preparation of budgets, capital plans, staffing forecasts and resource headcount requirements
•  Assist in interpreting data & carrying out cost benefit analysis to reduce airport costs.
•  Responsible for maintenance and analysis of P&L for all airports.
•  Compliance with stations controls and internal/external financial audit standards
