Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
Manage administrative operations in R&D function
Key Individual Accountabilities
Strategic
Manage scientific collaboration, licensing, patent and PVP documents.
Coordinate with Universities for managing data documents, ensuring timely certificate availability to the sales and other functions.
Financial
Manage procurements and Payments. Liaison with procurement and accounts functions for vendor creation, CAPEX and OPEX purchases, farmer contract fulfilment etc.
Manage travel and conference/meeting itinerary, bookings etc. for R&D leadership and the business guests
Customer/ External Orientation
Provide urgent support as and when required by customers, external guests and the R&D leadership People Orientation

Behavioral:

Technical:
Understanding of agricultural and biotechnological details. Experience of working with customers, contractors and
accounts sections for various accounts and administrative operations.
Functional:
Must be very in English communication. Must have very good email writing and speaking skills in English. Should also
have good communication skills in in Hindi and Telugu languages.
Qualifications
Minimum educational qualification: BSc in Agriculture or any other biological discipline. MSc is preferred.
Minimum 6 months experience of working in Administrative set up and dealing with multiple stakeholders like Accounts, procurements and contractors
