 Able to plan and execute end-to-end maintenance work

 Strong to maintain rotating and static equipment Demonstrated ability to work independently part of a team

 Degree holder in mechanical engineering combined with a minimum of 5-7 years engineering/maintenance field experience in the chemical , oil or petrochemical plants

 Good understanding of the various international mechanical engineering standards.

 Able to work independently and yet participate as a member of a multidiscipline team.

 Skilled in Troubleshooting and executing maintenance work and managing the contractors on site.

 Closely monitor all the equipment installed at various well sites, Group Gathering Stations and Compressor stations.

 Apart from routine day to day maintenance to all plant assets and maintains records/history sheets of all the equipment and analyse.

 Lead and supervise a team of maintenance engineers and contractors.

 Analyse and evaluate engineering and design changes, process enhancement and modifications to advise on the engineering impact of these changes, determine operability and ensure appropriate maintenance procedures can be applied

 Ensure all the spare parts, tools needed for planned and emergency maintenance are ordered through purchase requisition.

 Identify potential hazards and participate in Job safety analysis for all the high risk activities related to regular maintenance, planned shutdown and emergency maintenance.

 Preparation of SOW/tender documents for all the maintenance/AMC jobs and services and technical evaluation of vendors as per company policy and procedures.

 Preparation of maintenance budget and timely submission for approval.

 Actively support and participate in al pigging activities.

 Tracking for timely receipt of spares and Ensure timely preparation of GRN and service entries so as to release timely payments of vendors and contractors.

 Possess an excellent knowledge of industry codes and practices, work permit system, Lock out / Tag out.

 Evaluate and troubleshoot equipment performance and mechanical problems by analysis of performance data and vibration signatures.

 Works in team environment to implement solutions to reliability issue.

 Perform equipment and process troubleshooting to resolve issues.

 Provide input for the Maintenance Budget.

 Evaluate new technologies and alternatives for equipment repair while seeking cost and delivery advantages.
