We are looking for a Category Manager to drive e-commerce growth for Moiz and Sanosan. This role will focus
on improving online visibility, managing product listings, and executing global expansion strategies. You'll be
responsible for driving sales, managing key relationships, and overseeing marketing efforts across multiple
platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling:
• Develop high-impact, creative copy for social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Jio, etc.).
• Help Create engaging captions, ad copies, blogs, email campaigns, and product descriptions to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Craft brand narratives and storytelling elements that position our skincare brands as industry leaders.
Social Media & Engagement Copy:
• Write catchy, scroll-stopping social media posts, reels scripts, and ad copies that drive likes, shares, and comments.
• Optimize content for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Stay updated with trends and create viral-worthy content aligned with brand identity.
Website & E-commerce Content:
• Develop persuasive product descriptions and SEO-friendly website content.
• Create engaging brand pages, product pages, and blog content to drive traffic and conversions.
• Work with designers to ensure the copy complements visual aesthetics.
Campaigns & Digital Ads Copywriting:
• Develop creative and conversion-driven copy for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and influencer collaborations.
• Write email marketing content that enhances customer retention and engagement.
• Optimize content to ensure high CTR (Click-Through Rates) and engagement.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
• Research skincare trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to create relevant content.
• Adapt tone and messaging based on different audience segments (Dermatologists, consumers, influencers, etc.).
Key Skills & Qualifications
• Creative Writing & Storytelling: Ability to write engaging, relatable, and marketable content.
• Strong Marketing Mindset: Understanding of consumer psychology and how to drive brand recall and engagement.
• Pharma/Beauty/Skincare Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, dermatology, or skincare industry is a plus.
• SEO & Digital Marketing Awareness: Ability to write SEO-friendly content that ranks on search engines.
• Social Media & E-commerce Copywriting: Experience in crafting ad copies, social media posts, and marketplace content.
• Adaptability & Research Skills: Ability to understand scientific concepts and simplify them into consumer-friendly language.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work with designers, marketers, and Digital teams.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure copy is error-free, grammatically correct, and aligned with brand tone.
• Proficiency in Digital Tools: Experience with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Google Docs is a plus.
