Job Role / Title: Channel Sales Manager - Branch Retail Asset Team
Job Purpose:
Recruitment of Channel Sales Manager - CSM for business expansion. – Cross Sell- BAT team-All Metros of South India.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Education Loan (All Secured) & Business Loan (Unsecured)
- Effective channel management- Call Center & Phone banking leads Conversion.
- Maintaining excellent rapport with our Internal team Lead Generation team, Credit Team & Operations Team
- To be a key facilitator between all RBL Stakeholders
- Flair Knowledge of legal and technical for Secured
Technical Skills:
1. Candidate will Flair for Direct sales with ability to interact with customer both Writing and oral communication (both English & Local language) experiences in the past banks/NBFCs/Financiers.
2. Having flair understanding of MS-office.
3 Good analytical skill with positive attitude.
Behavioural Skills:
Team player with stable mind set to come over work challenges.
Candidate's Age:
Age should be 25-35 years with two-wheeler must.
