Job Title: Manager - AO&CS in the role of GSE
Role & Responsibilities:
Inspection and Induction of new equipment & report to GSE support Centre.
Schedule Maintenance activities and checks for GSE/Vehicles.
Monitoring completion of scheduled maintenance of all GSE/Vehicles as per defined timelines.
Overview break-down, accidental repairs and preventive maintenance of GSE/Vehicles.
Coordination with Regional In-charge, GSE HO, arranging resources and execution.
Routine Maintenance Update on GEMS to update in routine Verify/ Monitoring the records Periodical review of reports.
MIS Reports Submission of all GSE reports as per threshold defined by GSE support Centre.
Requisition for spare parts Timely review and arranging spares from GSE support Centre or from Local vendors.
Routine inspection and execution of GSE Cleaning, Painting and Branding as and when required.
Coordination with Regional GSE Incharge, GSE support Centre for arranging resources, if required.
Upkeep of all GSE maintenance & activities record.
GSE Fuel Management - Arranging refueling of GSE based on the frequency / requirement from operational team.
Monitoring GEMS update for fuel purchase , issuances in GSE & controlling variances if any.
Handling of GSE Incidents. Generate incident report and undertake activities as per instructions from GSE/ISC Safety team.
Budget – Planning, Forecasting, Monitoring of Budget for GSE consumables for PMS & routine activities and devise control measures.
Self-audits – Carry out periodic self-audits and follow up till closure as per timeline . Check RTO related documentation periodically.
Registration of vehicles-Coordinate with RTO or Consultant for registration of GSE with RTO. Coordinate with GSE support Centre.
Vehicles’ Regulatory checks/renewals-Timely review and execution of renewals in coordination with regional coordinator & GSE support Centre.
Insurance Renewals-Retain the copy of Insurance policies for all vehicles and equipment.
Maintenance Invoice-Receive and validate the invoice from Vendors with material. Processing all invoices in time for payment.
Check & Review GEMS for maintenance & inventory for the updates
