Job Role:Outreach & Engagement Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound marketing via cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, and email campaigns to generate leads.
Research and identify decision-makers in target industries (Financial Services,Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.).
Craft personalized outreach messages to build relationships and schedule meetings.
Maintain and update the CRM with outreach activities and lead interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handovers and pipeline growth.
What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, or inside sales.
Strong communication & persuasive skills for engaging C-level executives & decision-makers.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM systems (preferred).
A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
