Job Role: Regional Collection Manager
Position Purpose
➢ Process Orientation-self-discipline to adhere to laid down business, regulatory processes.
➢ Responsible for overall functioning of the region which would include collection, cost, process,
quality etc.
Key Responsibilities
1. To deliver on the financial parameters of the organization.
2. Should carry a go getter attitude and should get deep routed at the grass root level for
achievement of the task assigned.
3. Will be responsible for handling Team leaders, Tele callers or FOS based at vendor premises
4. Previous collections experience is preferred
5. Should have prior experience of vendor management
6. Local location experience is preferred.
7. People Management – will be responsible for management of bank staff & vendors as well
8. Will support external vendors performance improvement
Experience
1.Essential Minimum 10-12 years of experience, should have people handling Telecalling or Field Team
2.Preferred Dialler management experience, Frontend Credit card collections, SOC (sum of cycles) mode of operating for credit cards
