The role holder will be responsible for managing the Employee Care agenda for the organization, including strategic programs and structured campaigns across the domains of Employee Experience & Engagement, Health & Wellness, Survey Analysis, Campus Relations, and other organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Talent Acquisition and HRBP responsibilities, including Recruitment, Onboarding, and end-to-end Employee Lifecycle Management.
Lead Campus Relations for Corporate Functions, taking ownership of building relationships with select colleges, maintaining data, and hiring Summer Trainees/ Management Trainees as required.
Support key organizational priorities under the umbrella of Employee Care, by bringing continuous improvements in processes, policies and practices, as and when required.
Ideate, design and execute the Employee Experience strategy, including a structured Annual Employee Engagement calendar, and introduce industry best practices that help establish PNB MetLife as an Employer of Choice.
Partner with Corporate/ Regional HRBPs and Process Owners to consistently drive impactful and meaningful Employee Engagement interventions across the organization.
Actively develop a culture of empowerment, inclusion, and proactive participation for Employee Engagement interventions in all employees, through regular collaboration across teams within and outside of HR.
Lead the organisation’s Health & Wellness efforts as the Process Owner for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and craft structured interventions across key pillars of Mental, Physical, Social and Financial Well-being.
Ensure representation of central campaigns, interventions and achievements on Social Media channels, to help build PNB MetLife’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) externally.
Introduce process improvements to enhance the Candidate Experience and New Joiner Experience.
Reinforce the existing Listening Culture by conducting analysis, deriving insights, and suggesting improvements from quantitative and qualitative feedback received from employees, in Engagement Surveys, Exit Interviews, etc.
Measures of Performance:
Monitor the organization-wide Employee Engagement budget on a monthly basis.
Achieve at least one External Recognition for Employee Engagement, Health & Wellness, or another HR Campaign.
Maintain Participation and Engagement Score for defined Campaigns, as per organizational expectations.
Adhere to defined timelines for all assigned processes, including but not limited to, Engagement Calendar, Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Queries, cross-functional data-sharing, etc.
Drive adherence to timelines for engaging with Campuses for hiring Summer/Winter Interns and Management Trainees.
Achieve incremental increase in the Utilization Rate of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Postgraduation in HR is preferred though not mandatory
12+ years of experience in the HR domain
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with good presentation skills
Capability to initiate and manage multiple projects in Employee Experience domain simultaneously
A strategic bent of mind with high levels of execution skill
Ability to ideate creatively with out-of-the-box thinking
