Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
The Execution of end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll operations, statutory compliance, HR analytics, and employee engagement by leveraging HRMS tools and partnering with internal &external stakeholders for seamless HR Operations.

Strategy
Support digitization and simplification of HR operations in alignment with business and HR strategy.
Contribute to continuous process improvement.
Financial
Ensure cost-effective execution of payroll and benefit disbursements.
Monitor and track HR operations and focus on automation & process enhancement
Customer/ External Orientation
Coordinate with external vendors (Payroll Partners, attendance partners, engagement tools
providers, etc.) for payroll, HRMS, and implementation services.
Support audits and compliance records preparation and maintenance.
People Orientation
Collaborate with line managers for timely execution of employee life cycle events and grievance redressal.
Conduct employee inductions and support engagement activities.

Ensure smooth Hire-to-Retire Employee Life cycle.
Maintain and update employee records with a focus on automation and accuracy.
Monitor and ensure Day-One Readiness for HR Ops. Initiatives
Ensure timely and accurate updation of employee details and records on the HRMS platform, maintaining data integrity across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Coordinate with the payroll vendor for error-free salary processing.
Ensure timely processing of Flexi Benefit claims, meal & petro cards.
Tracked and reconciled payroll data to ensure zero deviation.
Executive Employee Offboarding Process, including Full & Final settlements and payouts as SOPs.
Check & Processing of various payroll-related reports and challans.
Time Office Management
Ensure the accuracy of attendance data through various available platforms.
Monitor and address discrepancies in time and attendance reports.
Support data synchronization and analytics reporting.
Monitor monthly Attendance Processing Cycle close on time and in accordance with corporate guidelines.
Compliance & Audit Readiness
Ensure all statutory compliances related to payroll are documented and submitted on time.
Maintain compliance tracker and support internal & external audits with necessary data and samples
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare monthly HR dashboards, reports, and MIS for various insights and delivery as per requirements
Strive to Automize various HR processes and Perform various UATs in systems and implementations of new configurations
Provide timely HR Ops data for various stakeholders on a monthly basis.
Facilitate in HR budget preparation and periodic reviews.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Conduct HR process awareness sessions through induction and refresher training sessions.
Address employee queries through the Grievance platform and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in engagement activities, grievance handling, and skip-level interactions

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge
MBA/MSW/ Master Degree in HR with min 5 to 8 years of experience in HR Operations
Should have experience of managing Employee Life cycle & Payroll operations.
Proficiency in HRMS Tools like (SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.)
Must have Good Communication, Interpersonal and Good Stake holder management Skill with focus on
Process Orientation and Time Management
Knowledge of handling Various payroll related audits and Preparation of Documentations.
Should have knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety at site.
