Job Title :   Senior Manager/ AVP - Procurement Contract

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing IT contracts for Hardware, Software, SAAS, PAAS, Cloud etc.
• Coordination and closure with internal business team, vendor and legal team of the bank
• Establish effective controls and compliance as industry best practices
• MIS and report generation for IT
• Adherence to YBL policies and guidelines
• Ensuring required sign off from business and vendor
• Liaison with YBL Legal team
• Service Agreements - Professional Services , SW Development contracts, Staff Augmentation,
• Managed Services for IT
• Support in developing standardized processes and templates
• Support internal stakeholders in audit closure
