JD for the Team Member - IR
1. The person will be responsible for implementation of employee welfare initiatives at site.
2. Conduct employee engagement initiatives for BU as per calendar.
3. Maintain channel of regular communication with employees at shop floor
4. Maintain all welfare amenities at site
5. Participate in various committees at site like transport, canteen, hygiene, sports etc.
6. Prepare and monitor the welfare budget for the site.
7. Engage with panel doctors for better services
8. Engage with external stakeholder & media for managing smooth operations at site
