Skills required :
- Leadership skills to manage the team technically
- Hands-on with SpringBoot, Spring MVC, Core Java
- Working knowledge of Microservice Design Patterns and Implementation
- Knowledge of Kubernetes or other Container Orchestration tools
- Must have worked in iterative development and incremental release using Agile Sprints
- Good at using tools for code management and release - GIT, SonarQube, Jenkins
- Good knowledge of Banking Domain
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities :
- Understanding the requirements and estimating the same
- Participate in design discussions
- Managing the Scrum teams
- Peer code reviews
- Participating in the release process
- Planning, Allocating the deliverables in Sprints
- Guiding the team technically to meet Sprint targets
- Production and UAT Bug analysis and resolving
