Product Understanding

•  We will train you extensively on the market and consumer personas
• You are expected to understand the various programs that we offer and map how they can help different consumer personas

Consultative Selling

•  Given the premium product, you are expected to follow a consultative sales approach for converting prospects into paid customers
• For the leads allocated, you will understand their profile, career goals, challenges and correspondingly advise them on the programs that they can pursue
• Nurture the leads over a period of time across multiple touchpoints (Webinars, Demos, Expert Sessions etc.) for efficient conversion

Sales Planning & Execution

•  Use the CRM to build/manage your pipeline accurately
• Prioritize your pipeline for conversion to meet your targets
