Job Description – IP / NOC Roles
Role Overview:
Responsible for handling advanced IP troubleshooting and network support in a large-scale NOC environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end IP troubleshooting and escalation support for critical incidents.
Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS L3/L2 VPN, Multicast, QoS.
Audit the network for repeat issues and ensure corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal and vendor teams for resolution of major incidents.
Ensure minimal downtime through proactive troubleshooting and RCA analysis.
Support automation/digitization initiatives for efficient service management.
Required Skills:
Strong IP expertise with advanced NOC troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of L2 & L3 MPLS VPN, QoS, Transport, Mobility, ISP networks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
