Project Title:
1.FEMA import export compliance
2. Global Banking Governance portal roll-out
3. Global roll-out of T-FIL
Responsibilities
1. Ensuring compliance of EDPMS & IDPMS document submission
a. Engage with business teams
b. Resolve the open items with bank
c. Ensure dashboards are accurately published.
d. Ensure timeliness in submission and bring open items to NIL
2. Banking Governance portal
a. Ensure completeness of banking information on Vault
b. Develop a process for continuous up-dation of account details including signatories, users, limits and cash balance and borrowings.
3. Tracker for Inter-company Loans (T-FIL)
a. Ensure completeness in up dation of all inter-co loans at consol level and tie-back with books.This involves working closely with central controllership team, IT, and global entity controllers.
Key Project Outcome
1. Ensure ZERO aged open items in IDPMS and EDPMS
2. Ensure completeness and accuracy of all information of bank accounts, balances and borrowings on Vault.
3. Ensure completeness and accuracy of T-FIL with the inter-co loan balances and ensure the loan agreements are timely monitored, executed and updated.
