Job Description: We are looking for L2 Support Engineers with experience in Data Center operations or Banking domain. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth IT operations with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
L2 Support:
Perform advanced troubleshooting of servers, networks, and applications
Handle incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA)
Manage escalations from L1 team
Support Data Center operations (server health, backups, patching)
Work on production issues in Banking / Financial systems
Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
