Shift Incharge - Packing Plant

Job Summary:

The candidate will support the operation of reactor and chlorine, dislodging of material, knowledge of material handling system and packing specs with good practice of safety, Planning of contractual manpower with job detailing, knowledge of prepare SOP, SAP, Daily planning of Production, maintenance & packing. Knowledge

of quality-based production and achieve the target with safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

1 Contributing in achieving budgeted Anhydrous AlCl3 production for the financial year.

2 Responsible for normal operation of AlCl3 bagging area of AAC Plant.

3 Routine shift activities also includes the following jobs,

1) Monitoring and recording parameters in log book.

2) Physical observation of AlCl3 sample during bagging.

3) Stock verification of finished goods, segregation of finished goods grade wise & packing mode wise.

4 Inspection of vehicle received for loading and supervising the loading of finished goods.

5 Planning & Maintaining record of bagging materials & aluminium ingots quantity for procurement and stocking for normal plant operation.

6 Planning for counter checking of weighing balance in regular intervals in co- ordination with Instrument department.

7 Inspection and arrangement of wooden pallets for stocking of finished goods.

8 Monitoring & maintaining housekeeping of bagging area.

9 Observing & reporting of safety violations in order to insist following of safe procedures like wearing PPE`s, follow work permit system, etc.

2.Educational Qualification:

 Graduate in Engineering(Chemical).

 Diploma chemical/Graduation.

3.Experience Required:

 5-6 years of relevant experience in Aluminium chloride plant handling/Cl2 handling experience.
