Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Account Management and Professional Services to ensure successful and efficient delivery of client projects/programs
Keep customer, partner, and internal stakeholders informed of status, timelines, issues, and actions and proactively manage stakeholder expectations
Facilitate and present on client calls to ensure alignment, collaboration and progress
Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings, handle logistics (invites, audio/video, etc.), take meeting notes, and following up on action items to resolution
Assist in the documentation and maintenance of project artifacts, such as project plans, status updates, and meeting notes and action items
Support Project Management and Delivery in managing resources; ensure proper time tracking and generate reports
Organize files, presentations, and other written communications/documents so they are readily accessible to respond to subsequent/future reporting requests
Assist in the creation of project reports and presentations as needed with a fast turnaround time, prepare draft and final report(s), including formatting and document styling
Required qualifications:
Acceptance to work on Eastern Time Zone in the USA
An understanding of and experience in implementing the PMI project management lifecycle and best practices
Experience as a project manager on client projects using waterfall, agile, hybrid methods
A track record of self-directed learning, adapting quickly to solve problems, and taking initiative and accountability to get things done
Ability to work under deadlines with strong attention to detail and prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously
Desire to learn technical concepts in big data, data science, AI/ML, and digital technologies
A collaborative approach to working on a team and the ability to relate to, and work with, a wide variety of internal stakeholders in a professional manner
Bachelor’s degree, and 7-10 years relevant experience
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
