Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development) Supports functions in restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning. Identifies training needs for functions/departments and individual coaching needs. Ensures execution of evaluation, monitoring & followup of training programs Conduct & execute action planning of employee engagement surveys & culture surveys. Work collaboratively with all stakeholders Conduct Individual development planning for employees. Implementation of all talent processes, policies and procedures which includes but is not limited to: Job rotation, succession planning, HiPo selection and assessment Develop and execute employee communications platforms Design & execute various On site & virtual employee engagement programmes Implement engagement strategy, manage communication channel, surveys, as well as support critical change programs Drive adoption of SF modules Prepare people analytics for effective decision making Perform other related duties as assigned |
