Job Role:  Manual Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Review business requirements and technical documents to develop test plans and test cases.
• Execute test cases manually for web-based and API applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Report defects and work closely with development teams for resolution.
• Validate data and perform basic database testing using SQL.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test execution and defect tracking.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to quality assurance best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manual + Performance testing.
• Experience in writing detailed and reusable test cases.
• Familiarity with tools like Postman for API testing.
• Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Exposure to Agile development practices is a plus.
