Job Title:  SME –FWA Operations

Responsibilities:

• Handling operational issue of FWA

• Working with OEM for core critical outage RCA, BUG fix, SW upgrade & design improvement

• Identification of Network and Solution gaps. Closure by following with solution and planning in coordination with Planning and Strategy team

• Monitoring and improvement of FWA performance KPIs

• Establish, Manage and Modify Critical NOC processes like Incident Management, Change Management, Performance Management for CORE Ops

• Prepare the troubleshooting SOP and MOP for new core nodes

• Provide technical training to peers and maintain network documentation

• Manage team of size >=5

• Ensure issue closure with right POA and using holistically approach.

• Ensure Skill development at NOC

• Monitoring of network node utilization/capacity KPIs/signalling links utilization & control

• Known issue tracker , solution discussion and troubleshooting checklist

• Maintain reports on daily basis to identify the network,

• Team and individual team member performance.

• Perform audit and correction for solve at scale to avoid repeated outage due to same issue and service redundancy Testing
