Job Role: Trade Portfolio Manager
Job description :
Manage the product portfolio through trade marketing activities, ensuring market penetration and effective execution of promotional plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute promotional plans on time and with quality
- Maintain Excel trackers and share reports with sales teams
- Develop and distribute promotional materials
- Monitor and control promotional expenses
- Analyze brand performance and customer insights
- Conduct competition mapping for market improvement
- Collaborate with Sales teams for information sharing
- Work with cross-functional teams and vendors
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of Pharma (OTX or OTC) retail stockists and Semis
- Analytical skills and Excel proficiency
- Hands-on approach with market engagement
- Strong stakeholder and customer management
Success Metrics
- Achieve 100% portfolio budget targets
- Utilize 95% of marketing expenses efficiently
- This role requires market awareness, strong execution, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to drive portfolio success.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: B.Pharma / D.Pharma / B.Sc. (MBA preferred)
Experience: 3 - 5 years in pharma sales, trade marketing, or marketing
Language: English
Travel: Around 7 days per month
