Job Role : Sales Manager- LAP
Job Responsibilities :
To manage a team of HDB right from recruitment, training and sourcing mortgages business
To source files through banks internal and external channels
To achieve mortgages target for the designated area / branches / channels (internal and external) by driving the team towards the productivity benchmark
To cross sell and source Insurance, CASA, credit cards, FD
Ensure timely checks are done on health items.
