In the spirit for inclusion, this event is open to all. Anyone can attend the event, explore employers, apply for jobs and join the virtual workshops, masterclasses and panel discussions. However, in the job screening process–women come first.

While registrations for the event are open now, the career fair will be live on Nov 18th 2022. Starting now, the platform is open for all candidates to visit booths of employers participating in the fair, view job openings, apply for relevant opportunities and block any available slots for one-on-one chats with recruiters for the day of the fair.

Yes. When you register you get access to explore jobs and interact with employers; watch the panel discussions and keynotes; attend workshops and masterclasses; and take home giveaways and rewards.

It’s very simple. You just have to use your login ID and password (the ones you have created while registration) and you can login anytime upto November 18th . But remember to complete your profile first while registering.
Once you login you will be automatically redirected to the virtual lobby. You can visit the exhibit Hall where you will find all participating employers and their job openings. You can also see all jobs in the Job Search tab. Easily navigate to different openings to know more details and find suitable positions to apply by simply clicking on the “Apply Button". Your profile, that you created during registration, will be automatically sent to the employers. If you are shortlisted, you will then hear further from the recruiters.

Once you go through the job details of a specific employer, look out for the “Apply button". As soon as that is clicked, your resume and form (that you had filled out as part of your registration process) will be sent for that job to the recruiters.

You can apply to as many jobs as long as you qualify and have relevant skills and experience for them. Make sure you review all job descriptions in detail before applying.

Once you submit your application for a specific job opening – depending on the selection process of that employer, a shortlisting for suitable candidates will take place. Shortlisted candidates will be informed on further steps.

The names of participating companies will be available on the lobby. You will be able to view company booths, jobs and apply for them once you register and login to the event from now to 12th November 2022.

No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate in our conference. You only need to have access to the Internet.
