Job Title : VP/ AVP - Financial & Investor Strategy
Role Summary:
• Create and/or update presentations and materials to meet various Investor Relations
needs including presentations to the Board /Committees / Management committees.
• Collaborate with cross functions teams including Financial Management, Regulatory
Reporting, Risk, Company Secretarial, etc. to assist the team on preparations of quarterly
results, investor presentation, press release, annual report, FAQs and its responses, etc.
• Preparing collaterals for periodic communications with Brokerage Analysts, Investors,
employees and customers on regular updates on Bank’s performance, financial results
and any other outreach campaigns
• Track and attend to meeting/information requests from various stakeholders, incl.
investors/analysts and support in preparing responses to queries and concerns
• Read and evaluate analyst coverage reports and share insights
• Prepare and update peer banks’ financial performance and shareholding patterns
including risks, emerging trends, products, digital capabilities etc
• Coordinate and manage analyst and investor meetings / broker conferences incl.
scheduling, preparing meeting materials and related follow-ups
• Track various global and domestic indices and their fulfilling criteria
• Proactively take on ad-hoc projects and support other teammates, as needed
• Resource management – including preparation of MIS for Top management, meeting
logs and contacts, meeting notes and tracking deliverables, investor and people profiles,
stock price and volume analysis
Qualification and Experience:
• CA/CFA/MBA (Finance)
• 4-8 Years of experience in Financial Modelling and analyzing financial statements,
understanding and analyzing various listed peers based on their business operations,
industry analysis, financial performance, valuations, and prospects
• Prior IR / Corp Fin Experience with a Bank or Equity Research Experience of doing
Banks / NBFCs
Skills:
• Proficiency in Excel, PPT, Management of large databases
• Knowledge of one of more of analytics tools like Bloomberg, Factset, etc would be a plus
• Basic knowledge and understanding of SEBI Regulations (LODR, SAST, PIT, ICDR, etc)
as well as RBI Regulations and Master Circulars
• Good communication skills
