To Execute Learning and Development plan @Site level. The incumbent will be responsible for Helping to drive Various Capability Building Intervention, Employee Engagement, Employee Communication, MIS, IMS audit and other HR related Initiatives

Successful Execution of Learning Plan in line with BU and Corporate Learning Calendar
Co ordinate and focus on seamless execution of Plan
Co Ordinate with Service provider for ensuring Timely Payment and co ordination of Training done
Financial
Participating in Annual Training Budget Exercise and finalizing budget for Learning and Development, Employee Engagement
Executing Cost Effective method while ensuring best in class Training delivery @ Plant
Measure the Effectiveness of the Training through Feedback Mechanism
Customer/ External Orientation
Driving functional excellence by working with internal stakeholders for Execution of Various HR Intervention like L&D, Employee Engagement, Employee Communication
Closely work with the Various external Service Provider for Execution of Training, Payment and other areas.
People Orientation
Co Ordinate with AGM HR and Line manager for Learning Expectation and Deliverable
Core operational accountabilities
Implement a comprehensive training and development Plan aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
Collaborate with department heads and Line Manager to assess training needs and identify skills gaps across teams.
Develop and customize training programs, including technical skills, soft skills, leadership development, compliance, and role-specific training.
Execution of Various Training and Keep Records of training materials, including manuals, e-learning content, job aids, and workshops.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external training providers and consultants as necessary to deliver specialized training sessions.
Training Delivery: Oversee the delivery of training programs through a variety of channels (in-person, online, workshops, etc.).
Budget Management: Manage and track the training budget, ensuring timely payment and other processes.
Performance Monitoring: Measure the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve programs based on results.
Compliance: Ensure all training complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, Various Audit like IMS company policies.
Learning MIS: Prepare and Maintain Training Related MIS for Internal and External audit purpose as well.
Communication: - Co Ordinate with Different Stake holder for Content Collection for UMANG Communication
Seamless Execution of SAMPARK on Monthly basis Involve into preparation, Communication Identification of Memento and other arrangement

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge
MBA/MSW/ master's degree in HR with 5 +yrs of experience in HR and Exposure of Learning and Development
Should have experience of managing Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Communication
Must have Good Communication Skill, Interpersonal skills and Good Stake holder management Skill
Knowledge of handling Various audit and Preparation of Documentation
Should have knowledge of ISO standards and procedures
Should have knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety at site
