Job Profile for QAD AM / DM

Quality Control related activities regarding all in-process checks, deviations, RM release, and finished product release.

Experience with IMS, FDA, GMP, Customer audit & its Compliance 

Documentation as per IMS & GMP 

Preparation & implementation of SOPs

Handling of market complaint & CAPA preparation & implementation.

Preparation of Daily analysis Report.

Analyse quality trends and prepare reports for management with recommendations for improvements.

Good knowledge about statical tools, glassware's, chemicals handling & Good Laboratory practices.

lab Instrument calibration & handling of lab equipment like GC, HPLC, Karl Fischer, Auto Titrator & UV-Vis Spectrophotometer

• Knowledge of Titration, Preparation &  standardization  of Volumetric Solution Lab record Keeping & review. 

Laboratory environment- the ability to carry out laboratory operating procedures in a safe manner.

Capable to handle the shift operation 

SAP knowledge required 

Quality data analysis & interpretation

Candidate having product knowledge of caustic Chlorine, Glycerine, Hydrogen peroxide & Epichlorohydrin will be preferred.

Experience- Min 10 years

Qualification - M.Sc.  (Chemistry)
