Team Member – Accounting & Audit

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

 Responsible for monthly closing of plant accounts, ensure completion of quarterly and annual audits.

 Preparation of Audit Schedules

 Monthly Review of Balance Sheet with actions

 Perform Vendor Reconciliations

 Employee related accounting

 GL reviews and scrutiny

 Analysis of working capital and fund planning

Key Individual Accountabilities

-Core operational accountabilities 

 Inventory control and management

 Audits & Controls

 Perform Inter unit settlement and clearing

 Review & Action on balance sheet & GL’s

 Employee related accounting

 Banking credit facility compliance

 Ensure audits of assigned areas are closed without major observations
