Job Description
We are looking for a creative and innovative Graphic Designer with a keen eye for design and the ability to think out-of-the-box. He or she must be able to visualize and interpret our different needs and provide compelling design solutions that engage and delight everyone. Experience with Pharmaceutical designing will be good.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop engaging and effective visual designs for print media, including posters, brochures, leaflets, flyers and more.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and convey the desired message.
• Stay updated on industry design trends and best practices to ensure designs are modern, fresh, and relevant.
• Produce high-quality graphics, and layouts for both print and social medias.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall projects.
• Ability to work on brief & feedback on design deliverables to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Should have knowledge of making small Animated GIF’s & Reels.
Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years’ Experience with any Bachelors' Degree / Diploma in Graphic Designing
Skills
• Software: Adobe Suite (Specially Adobe illustrator & Photoshop) Canva, Microsoft office, exposure to AI design knowledge.
Creative: Creativity, Aesthetics, Attention to Detail, Balancing Artistry with Audience Appeal, Perceptivity, Visually Representing Ideas, Sketching, Brainstorming. Well versatile with Brand building & Corporate Identity.
Printing: Basic knowledge of Offset Printing
