Key Individual Accountabilities-

• Strategy

1. Identify, plan, develop, monitor and implement Safety Management systems at plant level
2. Create a model of continuous improvement wherein the focus is on creating value for the customers.

• Financial

1. To study and prepare the budget for plant and timely implementation of various OPEX/CAPEX schemes

• Customer/ External Orientation

1.  Ensure that all communications from the department to internal / external customers is prompt and effective. Work with external clients in a professional manner to deliver agreed level of service

•  People Orientation

1.  Lead ALCP operations team performance. Define KRAs, performance assessment and communication of role accountabilities and deliverables to the team & guide them.
2. Inspire & motivate employees through demonstrated commitment to DCM Vision and Core Values and active participation in various team engagement activities.
3. Foster a performance oriented environment within and beyond the department without compromising EHS standards with agility and collaboration.

• Core operational accountabilities

1.  Train the team on BBS (Behaviour based safety) on QEOHS, for safe & smooth operation of the plant, SAP system
2.  Prepare & Maintain documentation of QEOHS (SOP, Objectives, WI etc.) for IMS and Responsible Care 14001:2015
3. Preparation & Monitoring of efficiency & fixed cost 
4. Carryout upgradation of system through CAPEX
5.  Daily planning of production, maintenance & packing
6.  Planning for contractual manpower deployment and safe execution of production plan 
7.  Ensure & promote reporting of unsafe condition, unsafe act & near misses
8.  Analyzing and plan corrective actions to avoid the reoccurrence of unsafe condition, unsafe act & near misses
9. Identification of training needs & plan competency development for team members
10. Impart awareness on Responsible Care 14001:2015 to the team members
11. Ensure proper housekeeping of area
12.  Monitoring all process parameters
13.  Ensure no complain related to finish goods quality & packings etc.
14.  Ensure availability of all Equipment for smooth operation.
15.  Ensure time goal setting & evaluation of team members
16. Over & above any task allotted by HOD as and when required
