Glowderma is seeking highly motivated, results-driven ‘Product Manager’ to work in Product Management Team (PTM). As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for the growth and development of assigned product portfolio, preparing brand plans, setting objectives and drive to achieve desired objective of assigned brands.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Accountable for optimizing the performance of assigned product portfolio.
2. Preparing assigned brands' marketing and promotional plan.
3. Responsible for the growth and development of assigned brands.
4. Focusing on increasing brand market share and responsible for achieving assigned targets.
5. Conduct regular and thorough brand performance reviews at all levels.
6. Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers to drive brand development.
7. Undertake fieldwork for thorough market research.
8. Analyzing market data received from various supportive agencies.
9. Design and conduct brand training programs for field personnel, ensuring continuous skill enhancement.
10. Actively participate in webinars, seminars, and conferences to stay abreast of industry trends.
11. Proactively conduct competition mapping, targeting, and segmentation exercises to enhance brand performance.
12. Collaborate both internally and with external vendors to flawlessly execute marketing strategies.
13. Develop and implement creative marketing communication aligned with product positioning.
14. Responsible for handling all activities related to brand promotion, advertising, events etc.
Qualifications
• B. Pharmacy degree is preferable, coupled with an MBA.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Product Management Team (PMT).
• Creative thought process to devise innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical skills for effective data interpretation.
• Superior communication, strategic planning, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
• Supporting team player.
