Key Responsibilities
• Companies to support in the region
o All ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems sites in India.
o Manage IT infrastructure and business applications in India with around 250 users
• IT Operations
o Lead the regional team and manage the daily work of first/second line IT Services
within the IT Operations area
o Monitor the workload through the Service Desk system
o Follow up meetings with regional team members on performance
o Collaborate with management on infrastructure development, enhancement and deployment activities
o financial aspects in terms of Capex creation and input to local investment budgets, work on IT cost savings / IT indirect spend
o Integration of technically migrated acquisitions to be part of ESD IT Operations
o Enforce the proper handling and follow of the ESD IT Directives, Policies and standards
o Deliver a high available and performant IT landscape
o Decision authority in agreement with IT Director on cost, resources and projects related to ESD IT Operations
o Enforce fulfillment of Corporate Information Security and Compliance Requirements in the region
• Development, operation and monitoring of business systems and solutions
o Regional business system support to end-users and engineers
o System administration for business systems such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Nav 2016, Power BI, etc.
o Overall technical design, development and troubleshooting
o Technology upgrade and special projects such as archiving solutions, migration to new tools Implement and test adjustments and extensions of existing solutions
o SQL Database Administration, Performance tuning and continuous implementation of Enterprise features and functions to upscale the platform Analyse and solve reported errors
o Analysis of business processes and requirements, take initiatives and implement optimizations
o Change and release management
o External consultancy partners management to ensure quality development work and follow project governance
o Documentation of business process, requirements, design, test, etc.
• Project Management
o Handle project management of decided projects, mainly related to rollout of new solutions
o Monthly follow up on progress of projects
• Contribute to and be part of decided divisional IT infrastructure projects
o Driving standardization, compliance and security for area of responsibility
o Migrations / integrations will be an additional main element
Key Competencies
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills – ability to work independently, analyse requirements and find solutions
• Hands on experience in business systems such as MS NAV 2016, MS Dynamics 365, Power BI, Service management, etc.
• Knowledge Modern Network Infrastructure MPLS VLAN, SD-WAN & ISO 27001 certification
• Ability to work under pressure
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science/ B Tech -IT/ master's in computer applications
• 8-10 years of experience with minimum 5 years' experience in international company working with central team
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills - analyse requirements and find solutions
• Has software development and IT project management experience
• Good knowledge in MS database and SQL query management
• Possesses influencing and communication skills, along with an openness and positivity towards change
• Knowledge in the ITIL framework with focus on incident/service request and problem management
• Experience with working in hosted / central environments
• Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Products, VMware, Android device management
• Networking skills / experience with Windows Server based networks
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Availability to tend to after-hour call outs
