- Strategy- Implement Security policies, protocols and procedures in consultation with Head Security.
Execute department strategies as per business requirements.
- Financial - Minimize Security expenses by innovation.
Digitization to reduce dependency on manpower
Ensure & implement Loss prevention
- Customer/ External Orientation - Coordinate & work closely with the internal stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
- People Orientation- Foster a performance-oriented environment within the department without compromising standards.
-Carry out training for the team in the department as well as to other personnel as per the identified needs.
-To identify potentials in employees and provide suitable training with vision to develop future department / section leader / Team leaders.

Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and deter unauthorized activities.
Operate surveillance systems and report suspicious activities
Provide first aid or assist in evacuation procedures when necessary.
Quick assessment of situations to determine risks and appropriate actions.

Respond to emergencies and effectively manage them.
Manage and control access to restricted areas.
Verify identification and credentials of personnel and visitors.
Maintain detailed log of activities, incidents and security breaches.
Participate in incident investigation and Prepare incident reports and provide documentation for investigations.

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge
Any graduate with minimum 05 to 08 years of experience of similar role.
Knowledge of all latest security protocols & equipment.
Operational knowledge of Computers including SAP.
Should have knowledge of Security procedures & policies.
Should possess knowledge & experience in Emergency handling.
Should have knowledge & exposure of Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
Additional certification in security or any other domain will be an added advantage.
