Team Member- Controllership

Job Description

a) Monthly closing of the books in SAP (WorkDay -1)

b) Month end and year end accruals.

c) Liaisoning with auditors for timely completion of

        a. Statutory audit/Limited Review

        b. Tax Audit

        c. ICFR

       d. Transfer Pricing

d) Fixed Assets sanctions till capitalisation of Fixed Assets in SAP.

e) Fixed Asset and Inventory Verification as per CARO 2023

f) Review of Trial Balance on monthly basis

g) Strengthening internal controls across various functions

h) ORC commission calculation and reconciliation

i) Review of internal controls

j) Cut off documentation

k) Adhering to IND AA requirements

l) Payroll validation and month close entries for retirals.

Pre-requisites of the role:

a) CA with 3 to 5 years of work experience

b) Big 4 exp is added advantage

c) Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.

Technical Expertise:

a) Experience in SAP is must

b) Proficiency in MS office (Excel and PPT)

Traits required:

a) Good Written and spoken communication skills

b) Expert knowledge of IND AS, CARO 2023, ICFR and guidance notes

c) Understanding of Income Tax Act, 1961 and also GST.
