Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

· End to end accounting, auditing and controlling of innovation Centre at Vadodara.

· Finalization & audit of all the subsidiaries

· MIS preparation of all the subsidiary & IC.

· Vendor and Customer Reconciliations

· Balance Sheet review & scrutiny

· GL reviews and scrutiny

· Export Accounting including invoicing and document preparation against export under LC

· Responsible monthly closing of accounts, ensure completion of quarterly and annual audits

Key Individual Accountabilities

· Innovation Centre accounting and auditing · Subsidiary accounting · Reconciliation of Vendor and Customers · Perform Inter unit settlement and clearing · Review & Action on balance sheet & GL’s · Export accounting and export documentation · Ensure audits of assigned areas are closed without major observations
