Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing the collection process: Overseeing all aspects of the collection process, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Monitoring and tracking delinquent accounts: Identifying and tracking accounts that are overdue or in default, and implementing strategies to recover outstanding dues.
Implementing collection strategies: Developing and implementing collection strategies, which may include phone calls, field visits, and legal action.
