Job Role : Imperia RM - NRI
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of High Net-Worth NRI clients by offering them comprehensive financial solutions through the Imperia program.
Serve as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for NRI customers’ banking, investment, and wealth management needs.
Understand customer profiles, assess financial needs, and recommend appropriate products including investments, insurance, loans, and forex services.
Ensure consistent and personalized client engagement through periodic reviews, calls, and face-to-face meetings.
Proactively identify and tap into new NRI acquisition opportunities via referrals, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.
Work closely with internal teams (operations, compliance, product, credit) to ensure smooth onboarding, servicing, and transaction execution.
Ensure 100% compliance with all internal and external regulatory guidelines, including FEMA, KYC, AML, and other applicable norms.
Drive revenue and product penetration targets across the assigned client base.
Requirement:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in NRI relationship management, priority banking, or wealth management in the banking or financial services industry.
Proven track record in managing HNW/NRI client relationships and achieving financial targets.
Strong knowledge of NRI banking products, investment offerings, and regulatory requirements.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Certifications such as NISM, IRDA, or CFP are preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
High levels of integrity, customer orientation, and result focus.
