Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Classic customers to enhance loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Portfolio Management:
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and deliver personalized banking solutions based on their financial needs.
Cross-Selling:
Proactively sell banking products like savings accounts, term deposits, insurance, investment products, and loans.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure KYC compliance, accurate documentation, and adherence to bank processes and regulatory guidelines.
Revenue Generation:
Achieve assigned sales and service targets through effective client engagement and need-based solutions.
Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams like operations, risk, and product for seamless service delivery.
